The British international School Kuala Lumpur is looking to recruit a KS1 Class Teacher to drive excellent teaching and learning in the Primary School

The role:

As a KS1 Class Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, challenging, and creative lessons across the KS1 curriculum that inspire children to achieve their best.

Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.

Use a range of assessment strategies to track progress, provide feedback, and inform next steps in learning.

Work closely with your year group team and assistant teachers to share best practice, plan collaboratively, and support consistency across classes.

Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering open communication and partnership.

Contribute to the wider life of the school, including assemblies, trips, performances, and events that enrich our children’s experience.

Support the ethos, values, and vision of the school, modelling them in your teaching and interactions.
