Senior Executive, Office Administration Support

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Office Administration Support to join our team at Elk-Desa Capital Sdn Bhd. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations. Based in Klang, Selangor, this position is a vital part of our Administration & Office Support team.


What you'll be doing


  • Handling a wide range of administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising travel arrangements

  • Providing efficient support for office operations, such as maintaining filing systems and other administrative tasks

  • Assisting with expense claims, procurement, and operational support

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external enquiries

  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination


What we're looking for


  • Diploma or degree in business administration or relevant field

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an administrative support role/PA/Secretary/Admin

  • Excellent organisational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
