We have 2 separate brands: KETOCAKE – Sugarless cake (Halal) and CAKETELLA – Alcohol cake.

2 different outlets next to each other.

Requirements
  • Available to work Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (5 working days).
  • Able to speak in English.
  • Must have critical thinking skills to solve customer issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Have fun at work.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and helpful information about CAKETELLA and KETOCAKE products and services.
  • Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection, customization, and delivery details.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases to senior team members as needed.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all CAKETELLA and KETOCAKE products, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special dietary options (e.g., keto‑friendly).
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline customer service processes.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date records.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as production and delivery, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
