The UAS Maintenance Team Lead is responsible for managing and supervising all maintenance activities, evaluating UAS fleet performance, and implementing process improvements. The role involves collaboration with various departments, maintaining safety standards, and enhancing team performance. Required skills include technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, presentation skills, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance. A degree in engineering and relevant certifications are also necessary.

• Manage, coordinate, and supervise all repair/ maintenance works on all equipment, staffing and training functionto boost the overall performance, efficiency, and quality.
  • Excess and evaluate the performance of the UAS fleet in operation (internal and external) with the use ofengineering, maintenance, and aviation tools.
  • Review, design, and implement processes to achieve continuous improvement in maintenance flow,management, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross functional department to feedback on the key improvement areas of the products in use.
  • Report and communicate with internal corresponding department on product reliability and warranty process.
  • Discuss and review with internal corresponding departments on the latest adoption of safety procedures.
  • Maintain and improve all work records for data acquisition and safekeeping.
  • Proficient to lead the assessment of reporting subordinate and develop plan to improve the team.
  • Support any possible integrations growth.
  • Regularly observing and assessing customer needs. Recommending additional products and services.
  • Commit and discharge duties in compliance with the ISO 9001 and CAD 6011 (II) Agricultural UAS Operations’requirements and standards.

• Competency in Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in People and Maintenance segment.
• Degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Aviation or any other engineering discipline.
• Added advantage with Remote Pilot Certificate of Competency - Basic (RCOC-B), RCOC Module 2 (AGR) and anyother certifications approved by Remote Pilot Training Organization (RPTO) by CAAM.
