Job summary

A multinational IT services company in Malaysia is seeking a Training Associate responsible for designing and implementing training programs. Job description
Eligibility
  • Associate should have minimum of 2 years’ experience in training role OR
  • Associate should have at least 3-5 years’ experience in leading a team
  • Been in a high-paced environment
  • Experienced in generating reports and well-versed in Excel Client management experience
  • Good communication, coaching, presentation skills & public speaking skills
  • Strong Documentation Skills & Proficiency in Power Point, & MS Office
  • Good facilitation skills, Problem-solving skills & attention to details
  • Ability to handle pressure & flexible with shifts [24/7 rotational shifts]
  • Excellent command of both English and Mandarin (spoken and written in both Traditional and Simplified) is required for this role.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Training - Design and implement training and knowledge sharing sessions - new hire, re-training, process improvement and updates
  • New Hire - Act as a buddy for New Hires & Needs to provide all necessary mentor support to new hire
  • Documentation - Responsible for creation, updating & modification of training documents & its deployment on floor with TAT
  • Quick Learning & Understanding of Policy Updates & Its deployment on floor within TAT
  • Client Communication - Regular discussion with Client’s Training Team & What’s New Sessions
  • Should be able to prepare User cases and to conduct refreshers effectively within stipulated time
  • Needs to maintain sync between QC & Trainers
  • Certification & Assessment - Responsible for conducting KC, Certification as per client guideline
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in research techniques and manage individual projects, and act as a guide to drive
  • Research for the project and be a POC for any operational updates
  • Good to have any training certification.
