Job description
What's the role?

An exciting opportunity awaits a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the General Manager in a dynamic and fast-paced global environment. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives on being a strategic enabler by handling high-level administrative responsibilities, ensuring seamless operations, and serving as a trusted partner in driving executive effectiveness. The position is open for immediate hiring.

What does the role involve?

As Executive Assistant to the General Manager, you will play a vital role in enabling executive effectiveness and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will manage complex calendars, plan and coordinate international travel arrangements, and prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and business correspondence. You will also be the primary liaison for key stakeholders, manage meeting logistics, and ensure all follow-ups are tracked and delivered. This is much more than a typical support role; it is a strategic partnership where you are expected to act with autonomy and discretion. You will manage sensitive information professionally, provide thoughtful input as a trusted advisor to the General Manager, and take ownership of high-impact administrative projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and proactive, with excellent communication skills in English (while proficiency in German is an added advantage) and a natural ability to anticipate needs and drive efficiency.

What you need is:
  1. A degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Five or more years of experience in a similar role, providing support to senior executives in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  3. Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks while adapting to shifting priorities.
  4. A proactive mindset, strong emotional intelligence, and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
  5. A proven ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
