Key Responsibilities
  1. Front Desk Management

    Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

    Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and respond to inquiries promptly.

    Manage check‑in/check‑out process for customers and guests.

    Provide information about facilities, membership, promotion and events.

  2. Customer Service

    Provide information about sports center facilities.

    Assist customers with bookings, membership registration, and payments.

    Handle basic complaints or concerns and elevate to the manager if needed.

  3. Booking & Administration

    Handle membership sign‑ups, renewals, and upgrades.

    Manage booking system for courts, facilities, and events.

    Ensure customer records and membership details are accurate and updated.

    Maintain proper filing, documentation, and daily reports.

    Assist with cancellations, rescheduling, and payments.

    Process payment (cash, card, e‑wallet) for bookings, retail, and F&B items.

    Handle daily cash float, ensure accuracy in end‑of‑day cash balancing.

    Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.

    Prepare daily sales and booking reports.

  4. Facility Coordination & Service Promotion

    Introduce and promote wellness facilities to customers.

    Provide guidance on proper usage, safety, and benefits of each facility.

    Encourage customers to explore add‑on services and packages.

    Coordinate with customer service, operation, and housekeeping team to ensure facilities are ready and clean.

    Upsell and cross‑promote Retail and F&B offering (healthy meals, drinks, snacks) available at the premises.

  5. Facility & Event Support

    Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth facility usage.

    Assist in sports events, tournament, and member engagement activities.

    Ensure front desk and public areas remain tidy and professional.

  6. Team collaboration

    Work closely with management teams.

    Support sales and marketing campaigns when needed.

    Contribute ideas to improve customer experience.

  7. General Support

    Assist in promoting ongoing events, promotions, and membership packages.

    Support management in administrative tasks when required.

    Maintain reception area cleanliness and presentability at all times.

Required Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
