A leading food service company in Kedah is looking for a Sales Executive. The role involves generating leads, developing customer networks, and executing sales strategies. Candidates should have at least 3 years in sales/marketing and be proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English. - Develop a network of contacts to attract new customers, research new market opportunities and oversee sales growth, making sales projections and forecasting revenue.
- Meeting with potential customers to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
- Create and execute sales plans to achieve the sales target and ensuring that the sales plans are aligned with Company’s direction.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs
- Develop brand awareness for Company and company products.
- Manage stock hygiene, product visibility and stock level of outlets service.
- Ensure wide distribution of product and Must Sell List SKU
- Responsible for timely collection of payment from customers.
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with internal partners and customers.
- Provide insight into product development and competitive positioning
- Analyze customer feedback data to determine if customers are satisfied with company product.
- Ensure sales KPIs are tracked, measured and reported.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Sales or Marketing field.
- At least SPM and above or related field.
- Not mandatory but preferably in food service / FMCG market.
- Must possess own transport.
- Willing and has ready to travel.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skill.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must be able to speak Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Good planning and organization skill.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Over deliver and achieving high performance level.
- Great understanding and application of customer service knowledge.
