Job summary
A reputable construction firm located in Johor Bahru is seeking a dedicated accounting professional. Responsibilities include handling full set accounts, payroll, and financial reporting. Applicants should have relevant qualifications in Finance or a related field and proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with accounting software like Xero and strong communication skills are preferred. Candidates fluent in Mandarin will have an advantage, especially for engaging with clients. Responsibilities
- Assist with full set accounts and payroll management.
- Prepare and submit SST documentation.
- Monitor inventories and fixed assets.
- Maintain proper document control and filing records.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Skills
Education
Assists handle full set accounts, payroll, monthly management account and financial year end account
Assists preparation and submission of SST
Responsible for monitoring inventories and fixed assets records
Maintain the proper document control and filing record
Any other duties may be assigned from time to time by supervisor
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with accounting software such as Xero.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with people at all levels.
Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
