Job description

Assists handle full set accounts, payroll, monthly management account and financial year end account

Assists preparation and submission of SST

Responsible for monitoring inventories and fixed assets records

Maintain the proper document control and filing record

Any other duties may be assigned from time to time by supervisor

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.

Proficient in MS Office and familiar with accounting software such as Xero.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with people at all levels.

Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.
