Job summary

A local sports club located in George Town, Malaysia is looking for a candidate to assist the Finance Department with accounting tasks including account receivable, billing members, and stock take verification. This role requires a minimum Diploma or partial ACCA qualification and offers an opportunity for fresh graduates and interns. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with Account Receivable accounting tasks.
• Help in verifying monthly and yearly stock take.
• Assist in annual audit processes.
• Bill members and support credit control.
• Reconcile accounts and handle e-invoice matters.

Skills

Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping

Proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Excel

Basic experience in accounting and ERP system

Self‑independent with minimum supervision

Take initiative for driving process improvement

Education

Job description

To assist Finance Department in Account Receivable (AR) accounting spectrum

To assist in verifying on monthly and yearly stock take

To assist in annual audit.

To bill members

To assist in credit control procedure

To assist in e-invoice matters

To reconcile account receivable and Taxilla transaction

To assist in any ad-hoc tasks given by the management.
