As Senior Tax Specialist, you will oversee and manage the end-to-end tax compliance process for both the fintech and retail business units. This includes monthly and annual tax reporting, employee tax handling (PPh21), corporate tax planning, and audit readiness. You will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and optimizing the group’s overall tax strategy.

1. Manage monthly and annual tax processes (PPh21, PPh23, PPh25, PPN, 4(2), and 26).
2. Prepare and submit 1721 A1 forms, support payroll tax calculations, and reconcile employee tax data.
3. Oversee corporate tax reporting, including income tax filings and VAT compliance.
4. Conduct tax planning initiatives to optimize tax liabilities and identify savings.
5. Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external auditors for seamless audit preparation and documentation.
6. Ensure accurate and timely use of tax platforms like DJP Online, Coretax, etc.
7. Stay updated with Indonesian tax laws and provide recommendations for compliance improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of tax experience covering both payroll and corporate tax.
• Brevet A & B certified.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, especially in fintech or retail.
• Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and document control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and tax software (e.g., DJP Online, Coretax).
• Ability to start immediately and work from our Jakarta office (WFO).
