A leading consulting firm in Jakarta is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR functions, maintain HRIS systems, and manage compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years in a senior HR role, excel in HR technology, and demonstrate outstanding leadership abilities. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential, in addition to a strong understanding of HR policies and compliance. A proactive and organized approach is required for success in this fast-paced environment.
Manage overall HR related functions to ensure all business processes are smoothly operated.
Maintain and support HRIS systems.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Implement HR policies aligned with company objectives.
Collaborate with regional HR teams to harmonize systems and practices.
Review and update compensation and benefits policies to meet legislative requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least 15 years of experience in a senior HR role with a proven record of strategic HR leadership.
Business-level proficiency in Mandarin and English.
Strong expertise in HR Information Systems and related technologies.
Solid understanding of risk management principles and their application in HR operations.
Demonstrated experience in implementing performance management frameworks.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and mature, with strong initiative.
Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized and systematic, with strong problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
