Post job openings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, do psychological test, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Address employee concerns and grievances, conduct investigations, and mediate conflicts.
Administer benefits programs, assist with payroll, and help with salary negotiations.
Support the performance review process, assist with goal-setting, and provide coaching to employees.
Identify training needs and coordinate programs to support employee professional development, arrange both internal and external training.
Ensure the company follows labor laws and internal policies, and assist in developing and implementing new HR guidelines & SOP.
Maintain employee records, manage HR data, assist with HR reporting, etc.
