About the role

We are seeking an experienced HRD Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Limabintang Sukses Makmur, a leading sport (Padel) & Wellness (family Reflexology) management company based in North Jakarta. As the HRD Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's people strategy and ensuring our employees thrive in a supportive, inclusive work environment. This is a full-time position based in our North Jakarta office.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the company's strategic objectives
• Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
• Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and well‑being
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Leading and managing the HR team to deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify and address HR‑related challenges
• Providing strategic HR advisory support to the senior leadership team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR management role, preferably within the healthcare or related industry
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement HR initiatives that drive organisational success
• Proficient in HR data analysis and using HR information systems
• A collaborative, service‑oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
