Job summary
A modern fashion brand is seeking a Marketing Content Executive to lead and execute content campaigns on platforms like Instagram and TikTok. You will be responsible for content planning, editing, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in marketing and content creation, along with strong video editing skills. Passion for fashion and ability to work closely with a small team are crucial. This is a full-time WFH position based in Indonesia.

- Skilled in video editing and content production.
Responsibilities
- Execute and lead content campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage Instagram Ads and performance reports.
- Concept campaigns and brainstorm content ideas.

You will execute and lead our content, campaigns, and visual storytelling — bringing MAISONDELLA’s vision to life across Instagram, TikTok, events, and in-store experiences.
- Monthly content planning (IG & TikTok)
- Editing & posting reels, feed posts, and stories
- Daily IG Story updates
- Simple graphic design when needed (Canva/Figma)
- Managing Instagram Ads + monthly performance report
- Concepting campaigns + making moodboards
- Joining photoshoot sessions
- Supporting annual brand events
- Brainstorming content ideas directly with the Owner
- Weekly content performance check & recap
- 2–3 years experience in marketing & content creation
- Strong visual sense & passion for fashion
- Skilled in video editing & content production (CapCut/Premiere)
- Updated with IG/TikTok trends
- Able to plan, execute, and analyze content performance
- Fast, detail-oriented, and organized
- Comfortable working closely with the Owner & small team
