A leading IT recruitment firm is seeking a Senior Assessor (Chief Lead Assessor) to lead a remote team ensuring quality in search engine evaluations. This role offers a fixed compensation of USD 500 per month, along with professional growth opportunities in an international team. Ideal candidates are native Indonesian speakers with a Bachelor's degree and English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

As a Senior Assessor (Chief Lead Assessor), you will be responsible for leading a team of Search Quality Improvement Leads, ensuring the overall quality, consistency, and effectiveness of search engine evaluations. You’ll play a key role in maintaining task accuracy, training assessors, refining task instructions, and providing expert-level guidance and support. This is a full-time remote position with a fixed monthly payment.
