Job summary

A leading F&B company is seeking a skilled HR Supervisor to manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, compliance with labor laws, and employee relations. Job description

Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions for F&B operations, including recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and workforce allocation.

Supervise daily HR operations for outlet-based employees (shift scheduling support, attendance control, overtime, and disciplinary process).

Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and internal SOPs, including employment contracts, warnings (SP), and termination processes.

Act as the main point of contact for employee relations issues, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.

Manage performance management processes, including probation evaluations, KPI monitoring, and annual performance reviews.

Coordinate and execute training programs (service, leadership, compliance, and basic HR awareness for outlet leaders).

Monitor employee engagement, turnover rate, and absenteeism; analyze trends and propose improvement plans.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, or Management.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HR Supervisor or HR Generalist, preferably in the F&B / Hospitality industry.

Strong understanding of labor law, industrial relations, and HR best practices.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict management skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational-driven environment, and able to work under pressure.

Experienced in using HRIS (preferably Talenta by Mekari)

Willing to travel and support multiple outlets if required.
