Core Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all Human Resources and General Affairs operations to support company goals.
  • Manage end‑to‑end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives.
  • Handle compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination.
  • Manage training and development programs to support employee growth.
  • Oversee General Affairs functions such as office management, assets, facilities, and company utilities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate industrial relations matters and maintain good communication with employees.
  • Monitor HR metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Support management in strategic planning related to people, culture, and organizational development.
Requirements
