Develop and deliver engaging training modules covering product features, sales techniques, customer service, and Infinix Mobile brand positioning
Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing Infinix Mobile dealers and retail staff, both in-person and via virtual platforms
Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure dealers and retail staff maintain a high level of product knowledge and sales expertise
Collaborate with the marketing team to create training materials and resources that effectively communicate Tecno Mobile's value proposition
Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback to continuously improve the training program
Maintain detailed records of all training activities and participant progress
