Create and monitor the marketing budget, making adjustments as needed to meet projections.
Analyze sales and statistical data for financial reporting and media management.
Develop the annual marketing plan for the property based on strategic goals.
Execute sales promotions, special events, and communication strategies to drive tenant sales.
Establish partnerships with tenants to maximize individual store sales through effective communication and promotions.
Work with the Regional Marketing Director to implement corporate programs.
Manage the center's digital media programs, including social media and web.
Utilize market and consumer research to develop the marketing plan.
Maintain knowledge of the trade area, competitive properties, and customer demographics.
Cultivate community involvement and represent the property professionally.
Develop a public relations action plan and track publicity.
Follow corporate policies and procedures for all programs and events.
Complete special assignments as directed by the Marketing Director.
Collaborate with the property team to achieve client-driven business goals.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding marketing results and strategies.
Provide leadership and coaching to team members as needed.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in retail, marketing, advertising, or comparable business experience required.
