Platform Release Lead – AI Quality & Analytics
Job summary
A leading AI solutions company based in Bali is seeking a dedicated platform and release quality owner. This role demands a strong technical background with at least 4 years’ experience in platform and quality-focused roles. You will own all aspects of release readiness while implementing world-class analytics and tooling for a next-gen AI product. - At least 4 years of experience in platform, quality, or reliability-focused roles.
- Strong understanding of non-deterministic systems and testing challenges.
- Ability to document and define what is 'shippable' for changes.
Responsibilities
- Own product platform and release-quality systems end-to-end.
- Implement analytics across frontend, backend, and AI agents.
- Define and maintain a consistent event schema and internal dashboards.
