A leading property management company in Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Founder in daily operations. This role involves managing schedules, following up on tasks, and coordinating between teams. The ideal candidate has over three years of experience and is proficient with tools like Google Docs and WhatsApp. Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia are required, with basic English preferred. The position allows for independent, remote work.
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Executive Assistant to support the Founder in daily operational and administrative tasks.
This role is not strategic and not managerial — it is about executing instructions accurately, consistently, and on time.
You will work closely with the Founder to ensure follow-ups, schedules, documents, and reports are handled properly so projects can move faster.
