• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business in both new and existing markets.
• Lead and manage the sales team (minimum 3–5 people), including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and motivation.
• Work closely with HR/Talent Acquisition to identify and hire top-performing sales talents.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers and channel partners.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and provide strategic input for pricing and positioning.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and account management.
• Proven track record in leading and motivating sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and good command of English (Mandarin is a plus).
• Familiar with warehouse equipment, racking systems, or industrial products preferred.

• Existing client network or sales experience in the Indonesian market.
• Experience managing sales teams in the B2B or industrial sector.
