Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business in both new and existing markets.
Lead and manage the sales team (minimum 3–5 people), including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and motivation.
Work closely with HR/Talent Acquisition to identify and hire top-performing sales talents.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers and channel partners.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and provide strategic input for pricing and positioning.
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of B2B sales and account management.
Proven track record in leading and motivating sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and good command of English (Mandarin is a plus).
Familiar with warehouse equipment, racking systems, or industrial products preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Existing client network or sales experience in the Indonesian market.
Experience managing sales teams in the B2B or industrial sector.
