The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and experience in new product trials within the food/beverage industry. Education
We're looking for a Factory New Product Development (NPD) Supervisor to spearhead the crucial transition of our innovative products from R&D into efficient, high-volume factory production.
In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and leading the seamless integration of new product developments into our mass-production processes. A key aspect of your work will involve orchestrating and overseeing trials of new products directly on the factory floor. You'll work collaboratively with our R&D, Engineering, Production Planning, and Production teams to define and optimize production parameters, ensuring a stable and reliable manufacturing process.
Beyond new product introduction, you'll also lead initiatives focused on continuous product quality improvement within the factory, driving excellence and efficiency across our production lines.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical or related)
- Proven experience in new product trials within the food/beverage industry
- Fluency in English is essential, with excellent written and spoken communication skills in both languages
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
- Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities
- Willingness to be based in Karawang Barat
