Integrate the Full Year Review planning analysis for every channel segment and total company in cooperation with business planning team; Evaluate the process of gathering financial information, benchmark and conducting financial performance analysis for Sales MT, Sales GT and Marketing; Assess Value Chain analysis for any promotion program needed in cooperation with strategic planning department and technical function; Review and determine the process Sales and Marketing function, and post implementation reviews; Appraise the financial simulation and analysis to generate recommendation and report; and Formulate the financial information, report and NSR/NCM performance to provide accurate financial data for monthly and forecast report and create comprehensive report of budget and financial.
