Job description

We’re looking for an HR Manager who can:

  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO in building a strong, values driven team
  • Deeply understand our pioneer product natural air purifier and dehumidifier and let that insight guide HR decisions
  • Build and run solid HR systems hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, discipline, and exits
  • Turn our core values into clear, consistent policies and daily work habits
  • Be a role model in punctuality, communication, and professionalism
  • Balance being firm and being empathetic when handling people issues
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience as an HR Manager
  • We value consistency and loyalty; 3+ years in one company is a strong plus
  • Able to plan manpower needs and support organizational development
  • Hands on in setting up, monitoring, and reviewing KPIs across teams
  • Experienced in HR administration contracts, BPJS, payroll, and compliance
  • Able to recommend salary, incentives, and disciplinary actions when needed
  • Experienced in managing training and employee development programs
  • Strong at building healthy relationships between employees and management, and driving employee engagement
  • Able to give strategic HR recommendations structure, budgeting, HR policies to management
  • Detail oriented with high integrity in handling confidential data
  • High sense of ownership
