About the Role

As HR Manager, you will be a strategic HR Business Partner responsible for building and strengthening the human capital framework for our agribusiness company. This pivotal role involves partnering with operational leaders to drive people strategies, talent development, and a high-performance culture to support our growing business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with leadership team to understand business goals and provide strategic HR solutions that align with operational objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management systems to drive accountability, productivity, and employee development.
