A food manufacturing company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a dedicated HR professional to execute recruitment plans, maintain employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field and over three years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing. 招聘执行 Recruitment Execution : 负责执行工厂的招聘计划,包括职位发布、简历筛选、面试安排及入职流程管理,确保生产线与职能岗位的及时补充。Execute factory recruitment plans, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes, ensuring timely staffing for production and functional roles.
员工关系与合规 / Employee Relations & Compliance: 维护员工关系,处理入离职、调岗、合同续签等流程;确保人力资源操作符合印尼当地劳动法规,防范劳动风险。Maintain employee relations, handle onboarding/offboarding, internal transfers, and contract renewals and ensure HR operations comply with Indonesian labor laws and mitigate labor risks.
人事档案与考勤管理 / Records & Attendance Management: 负责员工人事档案的建立与维护,管理日常考勤数据,协助完成薪酬核算与分析。 Establish and maintain employee personnel files, manage daily attendance data, and assist in payroll calculation and analysis
人力资源政策落地 / HR Policy Implementation: 推动集团人力资源政策在工厂的本地化实施,并作为业务部门与集团HR的沟通桥梁。Support localization and implementation of group HR policies at the factory level; act as a bridge between business units and Group HR.
教育背景 / Education: 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理或相关专业优先。Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields
经验要求 / Experience: 3年以上人力资源工作经验,有制造业或工厂HR背景者优先。3+ years of HR experience, manufacturing/factory HR background preferred.
熟悉印尼劳动力市场与《劳动法》,有员工关系实操经验。Familiar with the Indonesian labor market and Labor Law, with practical experience in employee relations.
语言能力 / Language: 英语可作为工作语言,会中文者优先考虑。English must be a working language; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
