Hotel IT Coordinator — Guest Systems & Support
Job summary
A leading global hospitality company is seeking an IT Coordinator to provide day-to-day support for IT systems at their Jakarta location. Candidates should have previous IT experience, preferably in the hospitality sector, and an understanding of Microsoft systems and hotel applications such as Fidelio and Micros. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a seamless IT experience for both the hotel staff and guests.
Qualifications
- Preferably experience in hotel, leisure, and/or service sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft systems and hotel applications.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Support all internal hotel IT systems and users.
- Record and communicate issues to IT Manager.
- Recommend IT system improvements.
- Assist with guest-related IT requirements.
