Job summary
A leading human resources consultancy seeks an experienced HR Partner for a permanent role in South West London. This position involves acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, managing complex HR casework, and leading organisational change initiatives. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with extensive HR experience in a complex environment, strong stakeholder management skills, and excellent knowledge of employment law. Onsite presence is required for a minimum of three days a week.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an HR role within a complex, unionised environment.
- Experience of leading organisational change and managing complex casework.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on all HR matters.
- Oversee a portfolio of areas, ensuring consistent delivery of operational HR services.
- Lead organisational change initiatives including restructures and redundancy consultations.
- Manage complex employee relations casework such as disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Support workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
- Line manage nominated HR team members.
