A growing technology company in the UK is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to take full ownership of HR delivery within a key business area. In this role, you will partner with leadership to support a workforce of around 400 people and innovate HR practices to enhance company culture. Regular travel across the UK is essential to build relationships and lead integration activities. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how acquisitions are integrated into the organization.

To support this, were looking for a highly capable HR Business Partner who is ready to take full ownership of HR delivery within this evolving business pillar.
Although part of a wider HR function and connected to other HR Professionals across the organisation, you will be the sole HR lead for this pillar, partnering closely with leadership teams and supporting a workforce of around 400 people. This is your opportunity to shape the people experience, culture, and operational HR delivery from the ground up. Youll have the freedom to innovate and introduce new ideas where theyll make a difference.
Regular travel to sites across the UK will be essential in order to build strong relationships, support leadership teams in person, and lead integration activity effectively.
