A progressive clean water technology company in the UK is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead HR delivery for a workforce of around 400 people. This role involves partnering with leadership, shaping culture, and managing integration activities due to ongoing growth. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in HR, strong coaching skills, and analytical mindset. To support this, we’re looking for a highly capable HR Business Partner who is ready to take full ownership of HR delivery within this evolving business pillar.
Although part of a wider HR function and connected to other HR Professionals across the organisation, you will be the sole HR lead for this pillar, partnering closely with leadership teams and supporting a workforce of around 400 people. This is your opportunity to shape the people experience, culture, and operational HR delivery from the ground up. You’ll have the freedom to innovate and introduce new ideas where they’ll make a difference.
Regular travel to sites across the UK will be essential in order to build strong relationships, support leadership teams in person, and lead integration activity effectively.
