Qualifications

  • Broad generalist HR experience as HR Manager, Senior HR Advisor, or HR Business Partner.
  • Exposure or knowledge of working within Europe.
  • Understanding of EU employment law.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all people-related activities.
  • Consult on employment matters across (Western) European geographies.
  • Support delivery of people change initiatives.
  • Develop the talent framework.
  • Collaborate with Resourcing, Talent, and People Operations.
  • Coach Managers.
