A local council in England is seeking Family Help Support Workers to provide high-quality interventions for children and families. You'll engage with community partners, deliver support in various settings, and ensure families are at the center of interventions. A minimum NVQ 4 qualification and experience in child development are required. The role offers competitive pay within a supportive work environment.
Family Help Support Workers - Permanent contracts. From 1 December 2025, our refreshed Pay and Reward package comes into effect, bringing a new approach to how we recognise and reward roles across the Council. The salary for this role will be changing. The pay range for this role will be £33,699 - £39,152 p.a. (pro rata for part time colleagues) from 1 December 2025. We are excited to welcome new colleagues into our workforce under a refreshed pay, terms and conditions framework launching on 01 December 2025. All new appointments will start at the bottom of the pay band to ensure fairness and consistency across the organisation.
