Key Responsibilities
  • Help shape the requirements in areas such as leadership development and reward and recognition to remain employer of choice.
  • Assist the Head of HR Ops to deliver change, develop culture and embed a consistent approach to best people practices across operations.
  • Ensure that success is monitored and reviewed against relevant ops and HR targets.
  • Lead HR Projects divisionally, from idea creation, exploring various solutions, piloting the solution and measuring the impact.
  • Liaise effectively with all key stakeholders, contribute to project meetings, adhere to timescales, launch effectively to ops ensuring buy‑in and measure results.
  • Lead bi‑annual talent reviews for key operational roles to create plans to retain, develop, identify future pipeline and highlight risks.
  • Support with change management on any HR initiatives and acquisitions from preparation to implementation and resolution.
  • Observe current practices, listen to stakeholders, and suggest projects of focus which will have the biggest impact operationally.
  • Identify and problem‑solve with HR teams where there are bottlenecks and blockers and escalade where necessary.
  • Analyse colleague feedback (stay interviews, exit interviews, engagement survey results, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity, and work with operations to develop realistic/effective plans to address.
  • Collaboratively work with other departments on further developing our equality, diversity and inclusion strategy, analysing data to identify areas of opportunity, introducing new initiatives and reviewing effectiveness of these to support ongoing culture change.
  • Support the development of a comprehensive business case where investment is required.
  • Create, update and issue multi‑channel communications to internal and external parties.
  • Define and ensure access to frameworks and tools for effective selection, induction and performance management of key operational leadership roles with line managers, providing coaching and development where required.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 1‑3 years success in a multi‑site HRBP role (or similar), supporting with implementation of HR projects and change.
  • Demonstrate success at building relationships and team collaboration (within and outside HR) to deliver change.
  • Able to deliver accurate, high‑quality solutions to deadlines.
  • Able to travel to our Care Homes.
