A community support organization in Wrexham is seeking an administrative officer to manage appointments and provide support to Welfare Rights Officers. The role involves recording results, compiling statistical information, and handling referrals for an Income Maximisation service aiding cancer patients in North East Wales. Strong organizational skills are essential.
The post holder will work within the Income Maximisation Unit within the Revenues Division.
The post holder's primary duties will be to be responsible for all administrative functions pertinent to the Macmillan Funded Welfare Rights Service, including efficient appointment management, case recording and compilation of statistical information.
The post holder would be providing support to the Welfare Rights Officers in delivering an Income Maximisation service to people affected by cancer living or receiving treatment in North East Wales.
