Job summary

A leading energy services provider in Milton Keynes is seeking a Snr People Business Partner to deliver strategic HR guidance, workforce planning, and talent management. The successful candidate will have Chartered Membership of CIPD (Level 7) and significant experience within an HRBP model. Responsibilities include advising senior leaders, managing employee relations, and ensuring HR compliance. Qualifications

  • Significant experience in HRBP model or equivalent framework.

  • Experience in utilities, data collection, or energy metering sectors is an advantage.
