We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to collaborate with the CEO Europe and regional leadership, translating business objectives into high-impact people strategies. If you excel at balancing strategic advice with hands-on employee relations and operational excellence within a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

How you will achieve success
  • Strategic Partnership & Alignment: Serve as a strategic HR partner to the CEO Europe and regional leaders, translating business goals into actionable people plans to drive business outcomes and employee engagement.
  • Leadership Coaching & Development: Advise and coach leaders on performance management, organizational design, talent planning, and the execution of key HR programs (performance reviews, compensation cycles, and leadership development).
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Lead complex employee relations casework and investigations, ensuring timely, fair, and legally compliant resolution while adhering to UK employment law and company policy.
  • Workforce Planning & Data Analysis: Partner with Finance and Operations on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and compensation alignment; analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and influence business decisions.
  • Global Collaboration & Program Execution: Own and execute core HR programs for the Europe team, partnering with the global HRBP team and Talent Acquisition to ensure consistency and effective staffing strategies across regions.
  • Culture & Policy Champion: Champion the company culture and leadership expectations, supporting policy creation and updates to ensure Europe (EU and UK) legislative compliance and consistency with global standards.
What experiences will help you in this role
  • UK HR Expertise: 4 years of progressive HR experience within the UK, including direct HR Business Partner exposure to operations and/or corporate functions.
  • Legal & ER Proficiency: Strong understanding of UK employment law, employee relations, and successful experience managing complex casework with compliant recommendations.
  • Senior Influence: Demonstrated success advising and influencing senior leaders on performance, organizational structure, and talent strategies.
  • Program Execution: Experience designing and executing P&C programs such as engagement, performance, and compensation cycles.
  • Data-Driven Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to diagnose issues, tell a compelling story, and influence strategic decisions.
  • Global Communication: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with experience collaborating with international or matrixed teams across multiple time zones.

Salary: 46000 - 69000 a year
