1. Lead the hotel's brand story and champion the brand communication standards.
2. Develop marketing plans to stimulate business both domestically and internationally, including leisure, corporate, rooms, and F&B.
3. Implement innovative marketing strategies to increase guest awareness, engagement, and bookings.
4. Create compelling content, develop collateral, and manage the hotel’s online presence.
5. Supervise online advertising efforts.
6. Monitor media channels for comments and discussions about the hotel (TripAdvisor, blogs, forums).
7. Establish and maintain relationships with key local press and media outlets.

1. Passion for your job and love for Thailand/Phuket.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and Communication, both Office and Online, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong understanding of content creation.
4. Experience in multicultural environments and with international hotel brands.
5. Experience in hotel or tourism industry is advantageous.
6. Previous experience with Accor is a plus.
