Role Overview:

The Digital Associate supports marketing teams in constructing, executing, and optimizing promotional and educational campaigns, serving as a strategic and operational partner. They also manage interactions with websites for the France Hub (France, Belgium, Netherlands):

  • Facilitating communication and training for healthcare professionals to improve patient care.
  • Providing information on pathologies and medication use to the public and patients.

To succeed, they collaborate closely with regional and local teams across Communication, Tech@Lilly, Digital, Marketing, Analytics, and Purchasing departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing department in multichannel activities (webinars, email, partnerships, sponsorships, congresses, sales force, digital campaigns, websites, social media): strategy development, customer journey definition, marketing automation, and operational implementation.
  • Serve as the point of contact for website operations (local & third-party) and oversee their use.
  • Identify priority use cases for the France Hub.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to ensure activities meet brand objectives.
  • Partner with international Purchasing teams to enforce contractual practices with third-party websites.
  • Ensure proper data collection on customer interactions across all internal and external actions, maintaining reports and dashboards (CET, IBU360, etc.).
  • Monitor website modifications requested by marketing teams (clarity EWI).
  • Promote a culture of digital innovation within the subsidiary by proposing cutting-edge solutions.
  • Master communication channels prioritized by target groups (Healthcare Professionals, Patients, Public).

Profile:

Master's degree (Bac +5) with over 4 years of experience, including at least 2 years in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare.

Proven success in engaging clients through digital channels and tactics, with strong marketing principles and practices. Experience in implementing programs involving third parties within a matrix organization.

  • Knowledge of web analytics is a plus
  • Strong experience communicating with healthcare professionals
  • Fluent in English
