About the Role

You will plan, implement, and oversee our Digital activation strategy in-region, supporting initiatives for France & South EMEA. This includes leading digital activations across social media, display, SEO/PPC, website content, mobile, video, email, and syndication. You will develop regional strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and effectively market Workday’s value through brand-to-demand programs, partner solutions, events, M&A, and key initiatives.

Using UX research, A/B testing, and web analytics, you will derive insights to enhance user engagement and conversions. Your goal is to maximize business growth by generating qualified leads, building a first-party audience, and demonstrating digital attribution for sales and revenue.

You will measure channel effectiveness, optimize marketing solutions, and collaborate with digital leadership for continuous improvement. Developing long-term strategic goals and leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, UX, SEO, social media, paid media, analytics, and marketing technology are essential. You will stay current with industry trends, align with leadership on digital initiatives, and develop comprehensive reports and roadmaps.

Collaborating with internal teams, you will create integrated plans for ABM, demand generation, and messaging frameworks, utilizing UX wireframes and design concepts. You will promote digital capabilities internally and externally, and build strong relationships across stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions from ideation to support.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6 years with a Master’s degree; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience defining and executing digital strategies in results-oriented environments.
  • Ability to create omnichannel digital campaigns with expertise in SEO, SEM, display, content marketing, social media, email, and personalization.
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools and processes (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Eloqua, Marketo).
  • Knowledge of data management platforms and first/third-party data use cases.
  • Familiarity with content management, analytics, project management, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Workfront, Marketo).

Other Qualifications

  • Success in collaborating across matrixed teams to address business needs and improve performance.
  • Ability to thrive in highly matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in digital demand generation is desirable.
  • Experience with enterprise software or B2B marketing is a plus.
