Key responsibilities
As a Data & Analytics Manager, your role will include:
- Delivering high-quality standards on Data marketing projects
- Piloting multidisciplinary teams (consultants, data scientists, data analysts, software engineers, media traders)
- Developing industry-leading measurement and analytics projects to provide clients with visibility across physical and digital customer journeys (online and offline)
- Planning, leading, and delivering advanced analytics strategies and solutions, including e-commerce, third-party tool implementations, and advanced modeling
- Identifying and supporting the deployment of suitable statistical data analysis techniques to exceed performance expectations and maximize ROI
- Exploring automation techniques to create efficiencies and improve ROI, such as scripting tools or enhanced reporting methods
- Acting as an internal consultant on analytics for major projects, helping other teams to develop optimal solutions
- Leading through pitch ownership and taking an analytics lead role in new business pitches
Data Marketing and Analytics leadership
- Defining and communicating a clear analytics strategy for the team and its value to the agency
- Collaborating with data consultants to promote analytics development internally, externally, and within the wider marketing community
- Leading and developing roadmaps for analytics offerings, processes, and best practices
- Developing review and sign-off procedures to ensure high-quality analytics work
- Enhancing Artefact's reputation as a leader in analytics within the digital marketing industry
Qualifications: Education & Experience
With a Master’s degree or equivalent in a data marketing environment, you should have:
- At least 3 years of experience in a data-driven setting
- A deep understanding of data marketing and digital marketing ecosystems, including data collection, campaign management, segmentation, performance tracking, dashboarding, attribution, and marketing mix modeling
- Experience or knowledge of digital marketing tools (DMP, DSP) and ecosystems
- Fluency in French and English for dealing with local and international clients
Ideally, you also have knowledge or interest in one or more of the following technologies:
- Advertising tools linked to tracking and analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DMP, DSP, Adservers, DV360, etc.)
- One or two programming languages among SQL, Python, and R
Additional skills
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies (Google Cloud Platform, Azure, AWS, etc.)
