A leading workforce solutions provider in Ontario is seeking a candidate for a construction-related role. Responsibilities include verifying project details, cross-checking consultant submissions, and validating payment documentation. Applicants should have a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field and previous construction experience. This position offers a contract arrangement with client projects.

- Previous experience in a construction-related role.
Responsabilités
- Verify project details' accuracy.
- Cross-check submissions with the checklist.
- Keep records of variation orders.
- Review payment documentation for compliance.
- Evaluate variation submissions before forwarding.
Formation
- Verify the accuracy of project details provided by consultants in variation order forms.
- Cross-check consultants' submissions with the established checklist.
- Keep a precise record of all variation orders submitted by consultants.
- Review and validate payment documentation for projects prior to submission to the Contract Manager to ensure compliance with the established checklist.
- Conduct a thorough evaluation of consultants' variation submissions before forwarding them to the Contract Manager.
- Any other duties assigned.
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor or related field.
- Previous experience in a construction-related role.
