A staffing agency is seeking an Administrative Support professional in Halifax, NS for a maternity leave replacement role lasting 12 to 16 months. The successful candidate will perform confidential administrative tasks for the Business Financial Office. The position offers 37.5 flexible hours per week in a friendly work environment with amenities on site.

Here are the highlights of this administrative support role
Performs advanced, diversified, and highly confidential administrative assignments for a designated group, team, leader (leadership / executive), senior-level leader(s), or leadership team. The candidate will perform several functions of the Business Financial Office (BFO) located in Halifax, NS, Canada.
