Job Title : Administrative Support - Maternity Leave Replacement

Location : Halifax, NS (In office 5 days per week)

Duration : 12 to 16 months (with possibility of permanence)

Hours : 37.5 hours per week, flexible start time in the morning

Here are the highlights of this administrative support role

Performs advanced, diversified, and highly confidential administrative assignments for a designated group, team, leader (leadership / executive), senior-level leader(s), or leadership team. The candidate will perform several functions of the Business Financial Office (BFO) located in Halifax, NS, Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Gains familiarity with standard Administrative Assistance standards and practices.
  • With guidance, performs specific administrative duties, including :
  • BFO and CSC phone coverage
  • Daily Reports
  • PPR Account Applications
  • Account Maintenance
  • JCA Account Applications
  • NSPay Escalations
  • NSPay Auto refunds
  • BFO Mailbox monitoring and actioning

Qualifications

Previous office administration experience (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to meet daily deadlines

Comfortable working independently
