A leading childcare organization in Canada is seeking a Floor Supervisor to support classroom activities and assist Centre Management. This role involves delivering quality care and ensuring compliance with licensing regulations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education, hold a valid Child Development Certificate, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. The Floor Supervisor will work closely with Centre Management to promote excellence in the delivery of Kepler Academy’s core foundation. You will assist in promoting and setting a positive work environment, providing relevant feedback, licensing guidance, programing advice and support to your team. You are the liaison between the Centre Management and the team members. This position act as an alternate Manager on Duty during management’s absence.
This role consists of 80% classroom support duties and 20% administrative duties.
