A leading real estate firm in Montreal is seeking an experienced administrative assistant/receptionist to support executives. The role requires bilingual proficiency in English and French, strong organizational and listening skills, along with 5 years of experience. Responsibilities include calendar management, handling reception tasks, and organizing corporate events. This is a full-time position with a stable work environment and numerous benefits.
Prestations
35 hours / week
3 weeks of vacation

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
Responsabilités
Manage calendar and appointments for executives.
Handle reception duties including calls and mail.
Organize company events and sponsorship activities.
Reconcile corporate petty cash and credit cards.
Prepare documents and translate between English and French.
Connaissances
Bilingualism (English and French)

Good computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
