About the role
We’re looking for a Publisher (Administrative Support II) to join our growing Commercial Lines Digital Underwriting team! Teamwork is essential in what we do and this opportunity often works in collaboration with both our translation and technical teams. In this role, you will play a key part in helping to maintain and enhance our digital database by reviewing and editing documents to ensure they formatted entered correctly in the database.
What you’ll do here :
Ensuring the quality and accuracy of information being added into our databases
Transcribe data from documents or databases using standardized practices
Respond to a variety of requests and working through assignments both independently as well collaborating with peers for larger assignments
Assist with presentations and updates as required
Support projects or new initiatives as requested
What you bring to the table :
Minimum 2 years experience working in an office environment
Legendary customer service and relationship building
Exemplary written and verbal communication
Highly organized and able to manage workflow efficiently without continuous supervision
Experience working with digital document management systems and collaborating with technical teams is preferred
Team player with a positive attitude
Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn
Proficiency in standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
