The Archdiocese of Winnipeg is seeking a full-time Assistant to the Director of the Archdiocesan Appeal to provide administrative, organizational, strategic, and project support to ensure the effective planning, coordination, and execution of the Archdiocese’s Appeal and Stewardship Projects and Development. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting initiatives that advance the Archdiocese of Winnipeg's mission. Reporting to the Director of the Archdiocesan Appeal, a successful candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with data, proficient in Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications, and able to support basic project management activities in a collaborative and mission-driven environment. The Assistant also serves as a resource for parish leaders, providing formation, practical tools, and opportunities for collaboration on stewardship and the effective coordination of other initiatives across the Archdiocese. As a visible representative of the Archdiocesan Church, the successful candidate must be a practicing Catholic, registered in a parish, and committed to living and upholding the teachings of the Catholic Church, with a desire to serve the People of God with faith, professionalism, and pastoral sensitivity.
