A fast-growing parent company is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant in Vancouver to manage the CEO's affairs. This full-time, 20-month contract role requires excellent organizational skills and experience in executive support. Responsibilities include managing schedules, communication, travel logistics, and financial tasks while ensuring utmost discretion. This role requires a proactive, highly organized and detail‑oriented professional to manage the administrative, personal and professional affairs of Brian Scudamore, Founder & CEO. The ideal candidate is a true self‑starter who lives to anticipate needs, streamline complexity, and optimize the CEO's time, ensuring his day‑to‑day life runs with flawless efficiency.

Vancouver‑based team members work in‑office every other week (Tuesday‑Thursday). Core attendance is required from 9 AM to 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.
Salary Range: $85,000 – $105,000 per annum (actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity).
