Adecco is hiring a HR Manager (KSA & UAE Experience) for our prestigious client in Dubai.
- Must have KSA and UAE experience.
- The role is responsible for leading and executing the human resources strategy across the three countries, in alignment with global and regional priorities.
- This role encompasses talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, HR compliance, and governance.
- Partner with regional leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Develop and manage the annual consolidated HR budget, including manpower, recruitment, and operational HR costs.
- Maintain and monitor HR systems to ensure accurate and confidential employee data management.
- Regularly audit payroll data and work with Finance to ensure timely reporting, reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
- Develop regional talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure seamless onboarding experiences to foster early engagement and productivity.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate the implementation of performance management systems, including job descriptions, evaluations, and promotions.
- Ensure performance appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and training initiatives align with organization's HR standards.
- Design and execute engagement initiatives that enhance employee morale and well-being.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and develop action plans to address key concerns.
- 12 to 15 years of HR experience in the Retail, Hospitality, or Entertainment sector.
- Must have Saudi Arabia and UAE experience.
